Celebrating 50 years

The word “Jubilee” means “a time of shouting, or sounding trumpets to give thanks and celebrate”!
We are thanking God this year for CHIPS distinctive ministry of peacemaking around the world from 1966 to the present. Read more about what is coming up this year by clicking here...

Updates from Josh, Brixton Team Leader

Peacemaking in action: the Calais initiative

Creating quiet spaces where residents of the camp could be heard, and volunteers could be listened to, a kind of chaplaincy service evolved. Read more about this pilot project here...

50 feats for 50 years

To celebrate 50 years of peacemaking, we are calling on all our supporters to help us reach our goal of 50 sponsored feats - whether it is baking 50 cakes, cycling 50 miles, or cleaning 50 cars - whatever you can think of!

Already this year CHIPS supporters have run ultra-marathons, braved a nursery classroom to craft and sing for peace, and done a sponsored walk along the River Orwell in Suffolk.

Do your piece - for a world of peace

Signing up is easy - email office@chipspeace.org to tell us what your pledge is, and start fundraising. Create a sponsorship page through BT MyDonate or ask us to send you a sponsor form, and within minutes you can be raising money for practical peacemaking projects in Ghana and Brixton.

Donate to CHIPS

CHIPS teams live at the economic level of the communities in which they work, as a living example of God's peace in their lives.
The practical projects that CHIPS run not only engage both sides in building cooperative relationships, they address vital needs that the communities have themselves identified.
You can support this work by donating to CHIPS - £20 a month renews supplies for the natural medicine work in Nakpayili, healing both bodies and relationships!
£40 per month enables our youth workers to run an extra session with the young people
